Just an FYI – Rowing Vic and the VIS have been working hard on gaining an exemption for their elite athletes to continue to train on water. They have almost finalised this process which will allow the NWSC to become a covid-safe hub for up to 10 athletes to train in singles following strict protocols from their “return to play” covid safe plan.
Therefore if you happen to pass the course and see rowers on the water this is why. It is NOT an invitation for you to visit the club as it is still closed to members.
Thanks for your understanding and hopefully we’ll be back on the water in just over a month.
