Dear All,

Please be advised that the Blue Green Algae (BGA) bloom at the NWSC has ceased, with three successive weeks of BGA results below guideline levels so signage will soon be removed.

Regular surveillance monitoring will continue through the remainder of the summer. Please be aware that with warm conditions there is always a risk of the bloom returning. Let’s hope that this is all we will see for this year!
